Our annual SBHA meeting at the scenic NAN Ranch does not disappoint! I thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous historic ranch grounds with expansive grass lawns shaded by huge old trees, porch swings and comfy chairs along the decks and porches of the beautiful ranch buildings. This historic ranch is the perfect setting to inspire great talks about our very special horses, and the importance of preserving our rich heritage in these unique, critically threatened Spanish Barb horses!
Everyday we had educational presentations, great rides, and AMAZING food (thank you, Doug and Louise Novak for feeding us all!) It was tremendous fun riding the expansive property, seeing the epic wildlife (huge elk and deer) and catching up with friends (old and new.)
If you’ve never joined us before, we welcome you to come join us next year!
